Food and wine! Nice pairings of food with 4 different wines. The 2013 60% sangiovese/40% Cabernet was my favorite, and could still use a couple of years. Fortunately their one international distributor is in Portland!
We're right across the small valley from Orvieto,
on our way to a 'dead' town Civita for a hike. We're wearing our hiking shoes...particularly after a wonderful wine tasting!
