Italian ceramics

Wow, ceramics are amazing here! The clay is from along the Tiber river and very high quality. We stopped at a studio to learn how it was made and watch the artisans at work.
Their work was exquisite! This piece caught my eye, it'll look completely different after glazing and firing. I think I need to come back in a few weeks to see it!
This piece also caught my eye. I can probably afford it, but probably not the Umbrian villa I'd need to build around it!
Now we're winding....and I do mean winding...along the Tiber to our next stop, a wine tasting. I'm very much looking forward! The road is very winding...when we meet a big truck we must decide who stops and who eases around
